Mason Allen and Nicki Fletcher are a directing duo with a focus on music videos, live performances, and commercial filmmaking. After several collaborations, they realized the synergy of their creative chemistry and complementary skill sets and decided to join forces. With a background in film, music performance, and a sharply honed eye for color grading, Mason has a keen sense for blending audio and visual elements both on set and in the editing room. Nicki’s background in theater performance, design, and art direction give her a strong sense of composition and world building. Each separately embodies unique creative skills and when combined are an imaginative powerhouse.

This past year, they received a nomination for CMA Music Video of the Year for Old Dominion’s “Memory Lane,” a dance music video set on a high-speed train. They have collaborated with many well-known artists such as Old Dominion, Maren Morris, Chris Stapleton, Jessie Murph, Ryan Hurd, Joy Oladokun, Lukas Nelson, Lainey Wilson, and Maggie Rose to direct highly impactful content.
